Please note for UK customers that standard shipping is a non-trackable 2nd class service. if you prefer a more express and trackable service, please use the upgrade shipping options or contact us so that we can help with this.

Customers Outside the UK will be provided the relevant shipping information as soon as your item is shipped. The delivery dates that are displayed are set by NOTHS and are only estimated dates, they do not take into account real time status set by couriers. This also applies to customers who are ordering NEXT DAY delivery on Friday, the dates that NOTHS display estimate that it may arrive on SATURDAY, however NEXT DAY shipping refers to next working day. if you require your order to be delivered on SATURDAY you need to select the SATURDAY option as this is not classed as a working day. We will try to inform customers of this but we can not guarantee that we will be able to contact in time.

During peak shopping times such as Christmas period, or if you require your order to be delivered for a specific time. we would STRONGLY recommend using a tracked method of shipping to avoid disappointment. we can not be held responsible for any orders as soon as it has been shipped, however we do try to use the best service at all times and will change providers if we deem necessary.

Please make sure that all your delivery and contact information is correct at the time of ordering as we will not be able to add any additional information once your item has shipped.
