Hi I'm Nadia - Founder and Creative Coach at Inner Canvas - The World's First Craft Therapy® Box!

Inner Canvas was born out of a strong desire to enable others to discover the sustainable healing properties of Arts and Crafts. The Creative Process is a Therapeutic Process and I was able to experience the all encompassing benefits of Arts and Crafts a few years a go at a particularly difficult period in my life. Based in Reading, Berkshire, Inner Canvas began as a 10 week Studio Course enabling people to try some of the latest innovations in Arts and Crafts.

The Inner Canvas Craft Box was subsequently born during the pandemic as we knew that people needed to connect with themselves and others through present moment awareness more than ever! We use Arts & Crafts as a form of meditation. We design, curate and lovingly package new monthly crafts to not only to inspire and delight you but with bring you peace of mind and wellbeing.
