With a history that spans three decades and three countries, the roots of Isla Silver lie in the sweeping landscapes of Israel, the colourful towns of Rajasthan, and Dartmoors dramatic plains and granite.

Isla Silver’s founder Yaniv Zalman first discovered his passion for crafting jewellery in the famous jewellery capital of India, Jaipur. While travelling on a motorbike in the nineties, it was here he discovered its extraordinary craftspeople and fell in love with the colourful city. Having studied their methods, Yaniv moved to England where he honed his skills and experimented to develop his unique style. 

In his Devon studio, Yaniv now creates jewellery, developed from a traditional wax melting technique. His innate eye for color and design inspired by his natural surroundings, comes together to form the hand-crafted collections of Isla Silver. Every design goes on to pass through the hands of a small expert team of artisans, producing and bringing each piece to life.
