How long will my Izzy & Pop order take to arrive?

•We post all orders (exc. Personalised/Custom Prints) Next Business Day unless otherwise stated

•UK orders are posted First Class, with proof

•International orders are posted Tracked & Signed For (exc. PO box addresses, which can only be sent First Class, Standard)

•Estimated delivery time to UK 2-3 business days

•Estimated delivery time to rest of Europe 3-9 business days

•Estimated delivery time to rest of the world 6-14 business days

Please note the above delivery times are estimates and delivery can sometimes take a little longer dependent on any postal service delays.

Where can I find more information about a certain product?

Once you click on a product, you'll be able to read detailed information about that particular item (including sizing, colour options, dimensions etc) in the product description. This is found beneath each product photo.

Can I send my order straight to the recipient?

Yes, of course! Be sure to change the shipping address to the recipient's address & mark your order as a 'Gift Order' at the check-out. You'll then be prompted to add a gift note, where you can let us know the message you'd like us to include in with your parcel. All gift notes are hand-written by Izzy. Dispatch notes are discarded from gift orders.

Do your Art Prints come framed or unframed?

Our high quality 230gsm Archival Matt Art Prints come unframed; A5, A4 & multiple A3 Prints come board-backed, packaged securely in cellophane sleeves & extra sturdy envelopes. Singular A3 prints come rolled into sturdy mailer tubes to best protect them. We recommend shops like Ikea, Dunelm, Wilko & Next for excellent frames.

Do you offer digital print outs of your designs?

We sell our Art Prints in their physical form only, regretfully we do not offer digital versions of our designs. We prefer to send you personalised, high quality happy mail.

Do you take custom orders?

This is always dependent on current workload & Izzy's health, however, we love to take on custom work as & when we can. Please get in touch & we'll be happy to get back to you. The 'Personalised Prints' section of our Etsy shop may also be of interest to you, from there you can order a whole range of personalised hand-lettered prints, which we aim to ship within 2-5 working days.

Do Izzy & Pop offer a wholesale range?!

Yes! We love to send our products to shops, churches & organisations, & are proud to have stockists across the UK, as well as in the USA & Australia. Our wholesale price is generally 50% off RRP. Please send us a message or email izzyandpop [!at] gmail.com if you'd like more information.
