Welcome to Jean & Moon. I'm Phoebe, the CEO & Designer! Jean & Moon is a personalised gift company based in the West Midlands & I make all my orders from my little country side office! I set this company up in April 2021 after leaving my full time job as a graphic designer to give it a go on my own. I now have my lovely Mom Lindsey & Poppy on the team to help make & ship all of your orders

I studied Illustration at Birmingham City University & graduated back in July 2019. Having worked with various personalisation companies, from gifting to commercial, I decided to combine my knowledge of print with my passion for design and create Jean & Moon. Every order is handmade to order, to make it extra special.

Delivery

Please check all listings for dispatch times. Please ensure the delivery address is correct, as once the order has been placed it cannot be changed.

If you selected standard delivery at checkout, your order will be sent 48 hour tracked with Royal Mail

If you selected Tracked 24 delivery, your order will be sent 24 Hour Tracked and will take 1 business day after dispatch to arrive.

All international orders are now sent tracked with Royal Mail, and take 3-7 business days to arrive from dispatch.

You have the right to return an order for a refund within 14 days of purchasing if the order is faulty.

As each item is made to order and is personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless faulty. Please check product sizes before ordering. If a product is faulty, please contact us and we can arrange a refund or replacement in this instance.
