A family business based in rural Staffordshire. Our mission is to bring great tasting marinades, sauces and dressings to food lovers everywhere. We source the finest chillies, herbs, spices, oils and vinegars and lovingly prepare each and every one of our bottles.

Award winning sauces and marinades, including mild to hot chilli sauces, unique flavour combinations and fantastic fresh tasting dipping and stir fry sauces. It's all about the taste, with fine natural ingredients lovingly crafted using unique recipes to bring immediate flavour to meat, fish and vegetables. They are perfect for experimenting with: use as a glaze, in a casserole, stir fry or as a barbecue sauce, marinade or dip. Recipes are supplied to give some ideas to start you off!
