Horse is a chestnut brown colour with a white nose and hooves and features just once on the mug. The background colour is a light grey and the inside of the mug is white. A beautiful companion for morning coffee or afternoon tea. The mug is delicate and light to hold. It's small enough to fit under most coffee machines.
