Founded by 3 young friends; John Paul Jones Rum takes its name from the Scottish born buccaneer, who is famous for founding the US Navy. (Not to mention being buried in a rum filled coffin!)

Our signature Lowland Rum – infused with Scottish seaweed, handpicked from the beaches where JPJ grew up – is smooth, dry, completely unique and has been extremely well received & reviewed.

Lowland Rum is tailored to appeal to conventional whisky and gin drinkers, providing a high quality stepping stone into sugar cane spirits when either served neat or in premium cocktails. Jonathan Ray, Spirits Writer for The Spectator, described it as a ‘One of his Top 10 Tipples’ and the spirit was a finalist in the recent Great British Food Awards.
