A lovely keepsake in the shape of a heart for mum. This ceramic hanging decoration can be personalised with your own text for an additional charge. All of our hanging hearts are handmade in out Southampton studio and some with satin ribbon. This hanging heart would make a great Mother’s Day Gift.
