My Story
Quilt landscape art & goods for inspiring interiors
Excell Quilt Co. is the studio of Kayleigh Excell, designer and creator of modern quilt art and goods inspired by the natural world. With a signature collection of abstract landscape designs, each piece is handcrafted in the UK to add a little wanderlust to your space.
My creative journey began shortly after becoming a mother in a search for a creative outlet for my personal well-being. I quickly fell for the mindful medium of quilting as a means to craft tactile art that explored my love of the natural world.
Over the following years I have developed a distinct style of large curved piecing and abstract landscapes inspired by the places I have travelled. I have been honoured to create many special pieces for homes and businesses around the world.
Each quilt is designed and handcrafted in my London home studio with an emphasis on craftsmanship, sustainability, and innovation; combining the traditional art of quilting with modern design to create inspiring textile art for your home.
Our Products
Delivery
Most items unless otherwise stated are made to order. Current processing time for smaller quilts and totes is 1-2 weeks. For larger quilts please allow 2-3 weeks after placing your order before your item is ready to ship. You will receive a notification and tracking details once your order has been completed and dispatched.
For ready to ship items the processing time is 1-3 business days.
Estimated delivery times are currently:
United Kingdom: 1-2 business days
Europe, US & Canada: 3-5 business days
Rest of the world: 3-7 business days
Orders are shipped tracked and signed via courier. You will receive the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Items are carefully wrapped with brown paper, include care instructions, and are shipped in a cardboard box. I use recyclable sugar cane mailing bags to protect the boxes from water damage to ensure that your item arrives in perfect condition.
If you order is taking longer than expected please reach out and I can check it’s status for you.
Due to the made to order nature of our items I do not accept exchanges or returns unless there is a fault. Please note that each piece is hand crafted so there may be small irregularities that do not compromise the overall look and function of the item.
Additionally the appearance of colours may vary on different screens and fabric colours may also differ slightly depending on fabric batch.

I often receive questions about whether I sell patterns for my quilt designs. Unfortunately at this time I do not sell patterns and I have no immediate plans to do so. I am also unable to offer quilting advice or tutorials due to limited time.

Please read through the terms and conditions below before placing your with me at Excell Quilt Co. Once you have placed your order you have agreed to the following terms and conditions.
All items are handcrafted and therefore no two items are exactly the same. Any minor imperfections are all part of the handmade nature.
Due to monitor differences colours may appear different on different screens. I have done my best to accurately reflect the colours, but if you are unsure please get in touch before ordering.
I do not accept returns or cancellations unless there is a noticeable fault with your order, if so then please does get in touch and I will do my best to either mend or replace your item.
