Return and Exchange Period

For most products, you have 28 days to notify Kiri & Belle that you want to return or exchange the item, and another 14 days to send them back. This return period starts the day you receive your goods.

Non-Returnable Items

You cannot return:

Items made to your specific requirements (e.g., personalized items or items made to your specifications).

Earrings, due to hygiene reasons.

How to Cancel Your Order, or Return or Exchange a Product

Contact Us:

Let us know you want to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product.

Send the Item Back:

If you have already received the item, package it up and send it back to us within 14 days of notifying us about the return or exchange. We recommend using a signed-for delivery service and retaining your proof of postage.

Please note that you are responsible for the direct cost and safe return of the product.

Receive Your Refund:

We will process the refund directly to your payment card within 14 days after we receive the product; or within 14 days after you provide proof of return; or, if no goods were supplied, within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Important Notes

Do not destroy or dispose of any product or its external packaging, even if it is faulty.

You are responsible for any reduction in the product's value caused by handling it in any way beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning. This includes when the product is in transit back to us.
