My aim is to create symbols of optimism & emotional connection. I use forms and textures that represent the forces of nature, hoping to bring joy to the wearer & remind them of the world beyond their daily routines.

My mixed South American heritage, love of exploration & training in contemporary design have all shaped my creative style. My early exposure to ancient South American art & architecture is expressed through my use of geometry, pattern & symbolism. For example, the sun is a central element in many of my designs as it was for the Inca craftspeople who worshipped the sun god Inti.

My fascination for ancient societies not only influences my designs but also my enthusiasm for the discipline. Throughout time individuals have expressed themselves by wearing beautiful handmade objects. These pieces become an extension of us and often outlive us, leaving behind a physical representation of a life, a moment in time, or an intense emotional connection.
