Our Laines London brand offers unique and exciting designs that allows the fashionista to stand out from the crowd.
We launched at the end of 2019, Laines London was put together in the heart of Great Britain by myself (Chantelle) and my best friend Angi, we both have a passion for interior design and have worked together on boutique hotels & restaurant refurbishments, we then decided to try something new and we put our heads together to lovingly create a range of fun, vegan and beautiful fashion accessories and clothing.
Our main aim is to make people smile when wearing our brand. We designed a range of glamorous slippers, socks, bags & clothes We are forever creating new designs & we are so excited to extend our products in the future. We have loved bringing joy to everyone in lockdown
Please be aware that customers ordering outside of the UK may be subject to customs charges - these charges are fully payable by the customer and we can not offer and advice on how much you might be charged.

Delivery and Shipping

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly and efficiently, with most orders dispatching within 48 hours of being placed; however, some orders may take longer to process.
Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays
What if I am not home when they deliver?
We recommend you use a delivery address where there will be someone to receive and sign for the delivery. For many of our customers this may be a work address. However, if you are out, the usual procedure is for the delivery service to leave a “We Stopped By” card (or similar). You can then collect from a depot or re-arrange delivery for a time that suits you.
Laines London do not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location you deem as a “safe place” such as in the shed, garage or with a neighbour, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.
Undeliverable Items
If items are undeliverable to you by the courier/postal services these orders will be held for a defined period of time (varies per company) for you to collect. If uncollected items exceed this limit, they will be returned to us as the sender. All items will be automatically refunded and returned to stock. You will be notified via email of the refund once processed.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
Items must be returned in a new and unused condition.
Items must have all tags attached and in original packaging
Please make sure you send your order number in the returns package.
Return through your local Post Office branch
For returns you will need to pay for your return,
• It can take up to 14 working days for your order to reach the warehouse and be
processed.
• On receiving your return, the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our
checks are complete, we’ll refund back to your payment method less the original
postage cost. The funds should appear on your bank statement in up to 7 working
days (how long depends on your card issuer).
Responsibility
• Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're
packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
• As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you
get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
Faulty goods
Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days after finding the fault, and remember to get
in touch before returning.
Brooch Care Enquiries
We pride ourselves in using some of the most skilled craftsman to create our beautiful brooches.
Every brooch is delicately handmade and so should be treated like a piece of jewellery or shoe-llery!
?With this in mind, we are aware that very rarely a brooch may need a little TLC from us here at Laines, we are pleased to offer a free assessment & replacement service for brooches purchased within the last 3 months whether it was purchased either direct from us or from one of our stockists.
Just drop us an email with a photo and the stockist where your product was purchased from and someone will get back to you in less than 24 hours Mon-Fri.
For all purchases beyond 3 months please email us and our repair team will assess the request.
