By ordering from Leaf you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE The purchase of goods is limited to parties that lawfully can enter into and form contracts on this site under English law. To purchase, you must register, and provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address, and postal address. This site is available only to individuals and others who meet the terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card or cheque by a bank acceptable to LEAF, whose applications are acceptable to LEAF and who have authorised LEAF or Paypal to process a charge or charges in the amount of the total purchase price for the goods which they purchase.

COUNTRIES WHERE WE DELIVER TO

Leaf normally delivers throughout Europe. However orders made via notonthehighstreet.com are only valid for the UK.

ORDERING

Once you place an order with notonthehighstreet.com, we will send you an e-mail to acknowledge we received your order.

Note that an order does not constitute a contract between LEAF and yourself. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by LEAF.

ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT

LEAF will accept and process your order if a successful payment has been made, at which point you are entering into a contract with LEAF. Successful payment means acceptance of your card by payment partner Paypal and receipt by LEAF of a payment notification by Paypal.

We may refuse to process an order for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time in our sole discretion.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

LEAF will do its best to fulfil the order you placed. If the item you ordered became out of stock or unavailable for any reason, you will be asked whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. If there was any such problem with your order, you will be notified by e-mail soon after placing your order. For indication, we would aim to come back to you within 2 days.

PRICES & GOODS

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is concluded will be honoured and you will be charged accordingly.

We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the site whether or not that product has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

LEAF is not responsible for lost items during transit.
