Delivery

Please be aware the delivery times shown on my product pages are estimates only. A majority of the time, the item will arrive on or before the date stated on the product description page by "not on the high street".

However sometimes this is not possible to have the item reach you within the timeframe stated in busy periods of high volumes of orders, adverse weather conditions, and other factors such as technical issues.

Please account for the fact the Royal Mail and couriers can sometimes cause orders to be delayed.

We never guarantee a specific delivery date ,only give an estimate and do all I can to meet my obligation to my customers. We make and dispatch all orders in a prompt fashion.

It is best to order well in advance to allow for delivery for when you need it.

Please note we do not work weekends so working days only include Monday to Friday (and exclude Bank holidays).

Please note it is very important you enter the correct address at the time of purchase, especially if you order is a gift. We cannot be responsible if the address in incorrectly entered so please be careful to double check this!

If the address you have provided is not on our couriers system or the online Royal Mail system, then we will not send the item until we have confirmation of the correct address to avoid missing items.

Please also note that during Public holidays our couriers do not work so delivery may take slightly longer than usual if you order near to these times. We expect an additional delay of no more than 3 days but will notify you if otherwise.

Please note we do not work weekends. Estimated dispatch times are for working days only.

Customer Contact

Please note we only answer queries on Monday through to Friday and not at weekends. Please allow 72 working hours for a response.

Framing & Mounting

Please note the frames we supply May slightly differ from those shown in the photograph at various times. All prints are framed in a plain white wooden frame but we may from time to time change supplier to ensure the best value and quality for our customers which means there may be minor differences.

Personalisation

Please be very careful when you enter in personalisation details, such as names or messages. We do not offer a proof reading service, we print as entered.

We may automatically correct very obvious mistakes and typos ;but do not guarantee this.

We may contact you if there is a possible error, but otherwise we will print the text exactly as stated by you.

Ultimately It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure you enter all spellings, details, content and formatting of messages correctly. The final onus of correct text will remain with the customer.

Please do pay special care to the formatting of messages for paper goods- for instance if you just write “Happy birthday Cara!” is this all you require? Or do you want us to print “Dear Cara, Happy birthday, Love from Sarah"?

Please do make it clear or messages will be printed as ordered.

Mounting art prints

Please note that after customer feedback we no longer adhere prints to mounts. This allows you to have more flexibility regarding placing your mount in your own choice of frame as you can easily remove the print from the mount.

Please note that our images are copyrighted to "August & Grace"

You may use our images for PR purposes, blogs and marketing & sharing sites. Please do credit us though.

You may not use any of our images commercially or to gain financially without written permission.

You may not remove the watermark from our images.

You may not print our images unless for reasons of which to promote us.

Reviews

Please note any malicious feedback left either on online, or threatened to be left verbally where the feedback is not true or that harms our reputation will be considered for legal action and compensation if not removed or altered in writing or verbally to reflect an accurate feedback. Please note you agree to this when purchasing our products.
