Orders:

All clothes are made to order at our small Battersea studio. The products are as described by us. We endeavour to provide accurate descriptions but if you feel that the description is misleading, you are entitled to return the goods to us. At the moment we are working reduced hours with a tiny part-time team, so our production time is a little slower than normal.

Please note that colours cannot always be accurately represented on-line. Also please be aware that the colour of the garments you order may vary slightly from a digital photo, and from the original sample colour swatch because of the natural dying process of the dupion silk.

All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered. Little Bevan Ltd is entitled to refuse any order placed by you.

Little Bevan Ltd does not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained in the website and reserves the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice.

Little Bevan Ltd makes every effort to supply the goods as advertised but reserves the right to supply the goods subject to minor variations.

VAT:

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information. Children's wear is zero rated.

Statutory Rights:

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
