Delivery

All our custom made products are lovingly packaged safely and securely at our Little River Studio in rural Nottinghamshire. As standard, we use Royal Mail or EVRI (formally Hermes) for all parcels despatched.

All our products are custom made and with this in mind we aim to dispatch your order within 7 days of placed orders. Please allow 1 additional week to receive your item through the post although this may be longer during the Christmas period. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to see what you wish to do.

Aiming for delivery before Christmas? Be sure to place your order by 10th December. All orders after this date cannot be guaranteed to arrive before 25th December.
