Made from soft thick vegan friendly felt with an adjustable multicoloured soft twisted elastic strap ensuring they fit all ages and are very comfortable to wear.
Finished with a pearl pom trim, a chunky felt tassel in tonal colours completes the saturated colour explosion.
All orders are made using the same felt in listing photographs, I've tried to capture the true colours but actual colours may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings.
Please remember, do not leave children or babies unattended whilst wearing a party hat and keep out of reach from children when not being worn.
