As we are a UK based company, all goods are shipped from the United Kingdom but sometimes from Turkey due to our stock situation. Orders given from countries outside of the U.K may be subject to further duties and import costs. Living Roots is not liable for the costs and they must be paid by the customer.

Shipping estimates for overseas are based on time frames given by Royal Mail and on your parcel accessing your country. Please be aware that parcels may take longer to process through customs.
