Delivery

Please note that our candles are handmade so it can take up to 3 working days to process orders prior to dispatch – below is a guide for estimated delivery schedules:

Standard Delivery: Up to 3 working days processing time plus 3 working days for delivery*

Express Delivery: Up to 3 working days processing time plus 1 working day for delivery*

We will always make & dispatch orders as quickly as we are able to and will shorten processing times wherever possible.

Delivery cost is per order, not per item & STANDARD delivery is free if your Lollyrocket Candle Co order value is over £30

If your parcel is returned to us due to no-one being available to sign for it, then you will be required to cover the cost of a re-delivery.

When we dispatch your order, we will send you a tracking link with a unique code for your order - please use this to track the progress of your delivery.
