Lottie Shaw's family have baked in West Yorkshire for over 100 years and the family recipes have been passed down through the generations. Lottie's favourite recipe was always Great Grandma's Yorkshire Parkin recipe which is seriously good and there is nothing quite like it! Lottie wanted customers across the country and beyond to enjoy this ginger cake which also has oatmeal, syrup and black treacle in and therefore packaged it for all to enjoy.

Lottie Shaw's Yorkshire Parkin has won numerous awards including Best Bakery Product and Supreme Product at the Deliciously Yorkshire Awards and 5 Great Taste Awards. We were delighted to feature on Paul Hollywoods Pies And Puds programme, it was such an exciting day!
