Inspired by her Great Aunts who set up a bakers shop over 100 years ago Lottie took the family recipes that have been passed down through the generations and set up Lottie Shaw's.. Lottie's favourite recipe was always the family Yorkshire Parkin recipe which is seriously good and there is nothing quite like it!

Lottie Shaw's has won numerous awards including Best Bakery Product and Supreme Product at the Deliciously Yorkshire Awards and 7 Great Taste Awards. We were delighted to feature on Paul Hollywoods Pies And Puds programme, it was such an exciting day!
