CHRISTMAS 2024 UPDATE:

MADE TO ORDER LAMPSHADES:

The cut-off date for guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas was: MONDAY 2nd DECEMBER at Midnight.

Any orders placed from Tuesday 3rd December we will of course try to get out in time for the big day, but they can’t be guaranteed to arrived in time for the Christmas.

The current lead time for all Lampshade orders placed from Tuesday 3rd December is approximately 5 - 6 weeks.

We try our very best to stick to the advertised delivery dates set out on Not on The High Street, however as all our lampshades are handmade to order, our lead time will fluctuate depending on the changing number of orders we receive each week.

The above is based on delivery times to the United Kingdom, if you are based in Europe or beyond please allow extra time for our couriers to deliver your order.

PLEASE NOTE: We try our very best to stick to the advertised delivery dates set out by Not on The High Street, However as all our lampshades are handmade to order our lead time will fluctuate weekly depending on the ever changing number of orders we receive.

The current lead time is 3 - 4 weeks and should be relied upon over the specific delivery dates Not on the High Street offer.

Each lampshade is handmade to order which although doesn't take long to produce, we pride ourselves on quality and therefore it is a skill that mustn't be rushed.

Once created all UK orders are dispatched with DPD Local or UP S.. All European orders are dispatched with UPS on a 3 - 7 day service.

Delivery to Mainland GB is FREE

Delivery to Northern Ireland is £15.00

Scottish Highlands / Scottish Islands and Isle of Wight – £14.00

Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly – £20.00

Shipping to Europe is from £20.00

Fabric samples to Europe are charged at £5.95

Fabric samples sent internationally are charged at £8.95

RETURNS POLICY:

You are more than welcome to return your order within 28 days of delivery.

No refunds will be honoured if the request to return is made after 28 days from the date of delivery.

All orders must be checked upon delivery to make sure there are no damages to your lampshade. Please email us with photos of the damage to the item and the box within 48hours from receipt of delivery.

Please make sure you take full advantage of our free fabric sample service to avoid any unnecessary returns.

As our lampshades are very fragile to ship, we ask you to use a tracked and insured courier as we cannot be responsible for loss or damages on their return journey.

If you are returning a lampshade, we request that you use the original box and do not use any extra packaging inside. The boxes we use are especially made for us and we have them sprayed to make them rigid and super strong. Extra packaging inside the parcel can often dent or scratch the lining of the lampshades so please refrain from putting anything inside the shade.
