Engravers Guild gifts are designed to last a lifetime.

In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the item or you are not happy with the finish or quality, you are able to return the piece for a full refund within 28 days from purchase.

Please note that any engraved products, bespoke items and special orders can not be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing fault or personalisation error.
