I'm Lu. The founder, designer and maker of lovingly crafted, bespoke and unique pieces guaranteed to brighten up your home.

I have been extremely lucky to have had access to some of the finest experiences in the world of furniture design and craft. From training at the famous Robinson House Studio to cutting my teeth in two of the finest workshops in the UK, Silverlining and Benchmark, I have learned the meaning of quality.

These experiences have enabled me to be able to design, make and deliver standout furnishings that spark joy, encourage conversation and bring a unique quality to the home.

However, the calling to start my own business was always there so, upon realising the demand for high end furniture and homewares at reasonable price points, in 2024 took the plunge and started Lu Barton Design. x
