At Lucy says I do we are a small team dedicated to ensuring every order is carefully selected and packaged with love and care to reach you in the excellent condition it left us.

Processing and Dispatch:

We process all orders within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday) before dispatching them from the UK.

Please double-check your shipping address, as we’re unable to redirect packages once dispatched.

If you have any issues with your order please do let us know and we will find a way to sort it

We offer FREE delivery for UK Mainland orders over £20, and year planners also qualify for free delivery.

* Standard Delivery: Orders are typically sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-3 days) or EVRI Standard Service (2-4 days), depending on size and weight.

* Upgraded Delivery: For peace of mind, you can upgrade to a tracked service or choose 1-day delivery at checkout.

While Royal Mail usually delivers within 2-3 business days, there can be occasional delays, especially during busy periods. If you’re on a tight schedule, we recommend selecting a tracked service to monitor your delivery's progress.

The following larger products are sent via EVRI Standard Service (2-4 business days) which is tracked. This service can be upgraded at checkout to a one business day EVRI tracked service if required.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

All orders will be processed the same day or next working day (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm)

My order hasn't arrived

If you think your order may have been lost in the post please contact us and please quote your name, order number and full address and we will look into it for you right away. Just to note for UK orders Royal Mail will not consider items lost until 10 working days from when they have been shipped.

Delivered when I wasn't home?

The majority of our orders will fit through your letter box and so will not require a signature. If you are not home and your order is bigger than your post box (50 x 70 Wall Planners, 10+ Sheets Wrapping Paper or Framed Art Prints), EVRI will attempt to deliver on three separate occasions, you also have the option to divert your parcel to a neighbour or other safe place.

Returns and Refunds

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please send us a message before sending anything back. Please ensure items are in their original condition with all packaging included. Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs and items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging.

Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though postage and shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or sale items cannot be returned.
