Our rich and soft brown butter madeleines are beautifully complemented with a lightly crunchy hazelnut praline and chocolate spread. They are then individually decorated with dark chocolate to add intensity and chopped roasted hazelnuts for extra texture.

All our madeleines are baked to order with only the best ingredients. There is no preservatives, artificial flavours or colourings. They are individually wrapped in compostable cello bags to keep them fresh and are presented in a gift box with a gorgeous ribbon.They can be sent directly to the lucky one!

Resisting the temptation to eat all madeleines at once takes strong willpower. However, if you want to save some for another day they can be kept for up to 6 days in an airtight container in a cool room. And if you really want to make them last, you can even freeze them for up to 3 months and defrost at room temperature.
