Since receiving my degree with honours in Fine Art after exhibiting a series of tiny artworks, I have found that creating miniature individually designed items is where my heart truly belongs.

I have always been an avid collector of various types of paper - vintage papers, sheet music, out-of-date maps, deliciously musty old books - and after realising that this would be the main component in my jewellery making I have delved further into the world of paper crafting and origami.

Delicate Japanese washi paper has recently started to play a large role in the jewellery I create - namely the origami bow necklaces and heart brooches - and I choose every individual paper design for it's use of colour and pattern.
