Matly brings you luxury vegan leather mats. Stylish, practical and made to last ~ use our mats in a hundred different ways.

The inspiration for Matly came from the two of us – childhood best friends who met as eleven year olds on our first day of school. This was back in 1994, when Friends first aired and Brit Pop dominated the music scene.

Fast forward twenty six years and we are still best friends - but we're also now mums, always on the go and out and about.

One day after feeding our three young children together, the kitchen was in need of a serious clean. As we swept and mopped up after the meal we jokingly longed for a product that could cope with all the trials and adventures that life threw at us – starting with an easy clean mat to lay under our children’s high chairs and tables - but something that looked stylish too.

The more we thought about it, the more we realised there was a gap in the market for high-quality, stylish, washable mats which could be folded up, thrown in a bag and used anywhere and everywhere. With this in mind, the idea for Matly was born. And so it began...
