Melomakarona, along with kourabiedes, are the quintessential Christmas biscuits in Greece, but at Melianthos we make them many months throughout the year.
Traditionally made with just extra virgin olive oil, our version of melomakarona also includes organic cold-pressed sunflower oil, which balances their taste profile. In our quest for taste authenticity, we are using extra virgin olive oil and polyflora honey from Greece.
