Our Veganettone is created with the same artisanal methods as traditional Panettone, passed down through four generations. Hand-made in Italy, just like the first ever Panettone made over 100 years ago in Milan. We air our sourdough starter three times a day, every day of the year, then let the dough rise four times over 72 hours. Good things come to those who wait…
