All artwork is produced using Giclée fine art printing with pigment-based UltraChrome and UltraViolet (UV) inks for superior colours and longevity. These assure your print will remain vibrant for over 75 years. We aim for the highest print resolution possible.
Our unframed prints (230gsm professional acid free archival paper) will be sent rolled in a protective tube.
Framed prints are made to order, finished by a master craftsman. Supplied with wall fittings.
PLEASE NOTE:
- A digital download is a high resolution file that will be available for you to download and print privately, as soon as your order has been created by hand by one of our designers. you will not receive a physical printed product from us if you select this option.
- If you opt to receive a DESIGN PROOF, you will receive this within 3 working days. Delivery timescales may alter based on the date your design proof is approved (you will be kept informed along the way)
- If you opt not to receive a design proof, it is your full responsibility to ensure that spellings are correct at time of supply. We cannot be held responsible for spelling mistakes, nor flagging these to you.
- Free delivery is for mainland UK only. We regret that we are only able to send UNFRAMED prints to non-Mainland UK and overseas at the postage cost displayed. There will be an additional postage cost for framed prints and canvas products to these locations. These items may also require a longer delivery.
- The EXPRESS delivery option is for unframed prints only. All framed products go out using a tracked courier service as standard.

You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
