A rum for the ocean goers, sailors, watermen, the dreamers, the stargazers and adventurers - with salt in their veins and a love of the sea.

The sweet honey notes are balance perfectly with salty seaweed umami tones, along with subtle flavours of saffron and spice. This spiced rum is cut with a unique spice bill, local Cornish honey, saffron and seaweed then blended with a carefully selected mix of our own rum made from scratch. A beautiful rum with flavours of oak, chocolate, vanilla and honey, and with umami, salty notes from peppery seaweed.

We proudly ferment, distil and bottle our rum from our small west Cornwall Distillery.
