SPICED BARBECUE & BEEF STOCK SALT - will make you taste buds dancing with joy
This beautifully blended infused salt contains our dehydrated beef stock and over 20 DIFFERENT spices, including smoked paprika, onion, cardamom, cinnamon, red pepper and chilli. It adds a smokey and robust flavour to red meat, poultry, pork as well as fish & seafood dishes, roasted vegetables, pasta, grains and rosotto, eggs and savoury breakfasts.
Using our stock salts on meat, poultry or fish:
1. Pat dry your room temperature meat, poultry or fish
2. Sprinkle the stock salt on both sides and edges
3. Leve for about 15 minutes - until you see the salt has dissolved into a “glaze” - before cooking (pan fry, BBQ, grill, oven bake..)
This will not only tender & flavour your meats or fish, it will add lots of flavour and create an outer caramelisation when pan fried or grilled.
Please make sure to rest your beef, pork, chicken & fish before serving! That will make all the difference!
If using our stock stock salts on vegetables:
We suggest you mix the salt with some oil to create a paste and then brush on the salt onto your veggies before gilling, frying or oven bake them - our salts will create a glaze and give your veggies a gorgeous caramelisation.
Or sprinkle our salts onto your cooked savoury dishes, salads, eggs, avocados, potatoes, corn on the cob and other savoury dishes for a boost in flavour! Our salt is awesome sprinkled on popcorn!
