About Me
How i created My Pawchella
Hello im Hailey the CEO of My Pawchella which started in June 2020 and we are the ORIGINAL design your own dog accessorie business here in the UK out work is protected.
I am a Wife and a Mummy to two beautiful children Millie 10 and Kylo 6. I have three Cavapoo furbabies which gave me the inspiration to start my doggy business. Honey our oldest then Mango which is Honeys daughter and then come along little Sandy.
Originally i had my own photography business but due to covid i had to close for a lot of months and me being me i could not sit around not doing anything creative, plus i lost my income, so i needed to turn in a different direction which lead to me closing my company and that is when My Pawchella was created.
Since then our little business has grown and grown extremely fast due to our uniqueness and creativity we have since then gone viral and have amazing opportunities to work with celebrities.

What we’ve achieved
We have won awards and featured in papers. We have a massive community of suppotive dog obcessed mummas.
We are extremely lucky to now have our own dog shop My Pawchella 113 Welland road Peterborough PE1 3SJ and i have been luckly enough to employee 5 of my family members who work alone side me.

Terms and Conditions
My Pawchella can not be held responsible for lost / damaged parcels. We send all our parcels tracked with Royal Mail, once your parcel is dispatched by us it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver your parcel.
Please make sure all details are entered correctly on checkout as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery.
When purchasing with My Pawchella you must acknowledge these conditions in the unliking event your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, you can look to make a claim with Royal Mail.
DISCLAMER
All items are handmade, best efforts will be made to ensure consistency, there may be slight differences in lengths and colours.
All items are furbaby friendly, non toxic and durable, our priority.
Customers are responsible to check for suitability and wear. Pawchella does not hold any responsibility of any injuries or damages in results of using our products.
Our leads and accessories are NOT chew proof, items need to be out of reach or supervised.
Our rope leads are designed for light use, constant wear will reduce the life of the lead as these are not designed for heavy duty everyday use.
Returns
We DO accept returns or exchanges due to faults or error of sizing on non custom made items. ie Harnesses, poo bags, bags you have 28 days to notify the Seller if you want to return or exchange the item and another 14 days to send them back.
Custom made / Personalised AND build your own items are NON REFUNDABLE this includes any leads, collars, clothing. All items are handmade nothing is pre made.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on non handmade items. Shipping costs to return item back to us and shipping costs to have items re sent are the buyers responsibility unless item is a fault. Please check the size chart before purchasing.
General Conditions

Missing post
Customer has 8 weeks from dispatch email to notify us about a missing parcel. Anything over 8 weeks will be dismissed.
