Destress Shower Bouquet

This de-stress shower bouquet is made from eucalyptus, lavender and bay.

This bouquet is placed in your shower behind the shower head and is designed to give you a blend of fragrances to de-stress you every day.

To get best results from your bouquet pop it in a plastic bag and roll a few times with a rolling pin to slightly crush the leaves encouraging them to release their fragrances. Once the bouquet is placed in the shower, turn the taps on to max temperature for a minute or two before reducing the temperature and stepping into the shower. The hot temperature will again encourage fragrance release.
