NADIA ATTURA

On location Nadia collects photographed details; from the patina aged on stone, the rhythmic distortions on water, to the shadows drawn by trees. It is these small details that help her tell the bigger story. Using a two-dimensional medium to record a multi-dimensional moving world has its limits she says. Nadia uses several images, collected on location which are then layered together to convey a sense of place and time. Often the original photograph disappears from documentary single imagery toward a more painterly poetic interpreted view of the world. All her artwork is limited edition, signed and numbered, printed on fine art Giclee 300+gsm museum paper grade paper, using gallery pigment archival inks.

She works closely with interior designers, supplying them with bespoke large scale pieces, she is happy to advise all her clients on printing options. Her award winning work sells internationally to private and commercial clients.

Nadia studied Photojournalism at The London College of Printing she now works as a commercial and fine art photographer.
