Vintage style print of the Hydro Majestic Hotel in Medlow Bath, Blue Mountains
The Hydro Majestic was originally opened as a health retreat in 1904, but the natural springs dried up and disappeared, and by 1906 the Hydro became a hotel as it still is today. In my drawing I feature the Casino Ballroom (it was never used for gambling) of which magnificent dome is still in place today. The dome was pre-fabricated in Chicago and shipped to Australia
As a child I visited Medlow Bath and stayed within walking distance of the Hydro, and have always admired it
Four different sizes are available. These print sizes will fit into standard off-the-shelf frames (with or without internal mount board) and the actual print sizes are:
30cm x 40cm (11 ½ x 15 ¼ in - ikea ribba size)
A2 size - 42cm x 59.4cm (16.5 x 23.4 in)
50cm x 70cm (19.7 x 27.5 in)
A1 size - 59.4cm x 84.1cm (23.4 x 33.1 in)
you can choose the size from the drop-down menu when ordering.
In addition to this, all my designs can be printed at any custom size and I am happy to accommodate requests for this - please email if you have a different size requirement.
