We’re Nellou—a family-run jewellery brand with a passion for natural gemstones and meaningful designs. Our founder, Louise, grew up in the gemstone business, so you could say jewellery is in her DNA! Inspired by her daughter, Nell, she created Nellou to bring a touch of beauty and positivity to everyday life.

Our Pledge for a Responsible and Sustainable Future

Being a small family business, we value the trust of our customers and strive for transparency. Our chains are now crafted using eco-silver, made in Italy from recycled and ethically sourced silver bullion. Our gold lines are 18-carat gold-plated sterling silver. We collaborate with RJC-registered manufacturers and small artisanal silversmiths who uphold fair trade principles. Additionally, some of our products are handcrafted in the UK at our mill in the Pennines, and where possible, we use eco-silver findings and beads in our hand-made designs. We take great pleasure in designing and creating our jewellery, and we hope to share with you the joy of gemstones.
