Living the neon life...

In the run up to the birth of our first son we were so excited to decorate his little nursery. Our aim was to make it as colourful and bold as could be. However, after searching numerous retailers both on the high street and online we struggled to find what we were looking for.

So in 2018, after juggling work, baby and play, we decided to open an online shop to help people like us find products that add a touch of colour to children’s rooms, living rooms..........anywhere you like!

Along side baby products we've now added a range of personalised prints, colourful stationery & greeting cards to compliment our offer.

Our eco credentials

We believe that all businesses have a responsibility to reduce their impact on the environment in any, and every way they can. At neon studio we really think about what we’re doing, and try to make smart choices to minimise our footprint. Below are some of the ways we’re improving how we do things - with the planet in mind.

 

Packaging -

• We source everything right here in the UK which helps reduce our carbon footprint.

• We’ve said goodbye to plastic. Before being packaged, our orders are wrapped in eco-friendly tissue.

• All our packaging is now 100% recyclable (and biodegradable).

• We keep paperwork to a minimum. Who wants it anyway, right?

• Our packaging is always just the right size, meaning there's less physical waste as well as less wasted space. 

 

What you can do -

You can be the final link in the chain by making sure as much packaging gets recycled as possible. If all packaging gets popped in the recycling (and not your household bin) then we’ve all done what we can.

    "I bought this as a baby shower present for a friend who hadnt found out the gender of their baby, and had told me they had decorated the nursery in a safari theme. They loved the gift, nobody else had bought anything like it and it felt amazing, such high quality. Highly recommend, it arrived days earlier than I was told and packaged beautifully, in cardboard and tissue paper that could be recycled."

Delivery

We aim to process orders within 1-2 days of receiving them. You will be notified when your order has been shipped and if there are any delays we will contact you.

UK Orders: We offer fast, 1st Class delivery on all of our products for orders shipped to UK locations. The delivery estimate for 1st Class mail is 1-2 working days (this estimation is provided by Royal Mail).

European Orders: International standard shipping takes an estimated 5-10 working days and Royal Mail will pass the items onto their trusted delivery partners once in the destination country. It is important to consider the processing and delivery times before you order.

Our shipping service's do not include a tracking function so if you are concerned about whether an order will arrive in time please contact us for other delivery options.

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Neon Studio are not responsible for delays due to customs.
