Keeping it lit with unique and bespoke lightboxes

Here at Nivo & Hendo we like to keep it lit by creating stylish lightboxes and signs for the modern interior. All the while, embarrassing our children by using phrases like ‘keeping it lit’.

Our store on Not On The High Street grew out of the work Nivo does with his own sign and graphics company. He was regularly creating signs and industrial lightboxes for shop fronts, businesses and events that had such an impact on their space. And we started thinking that they might have the same incredible effect in the home.

We went about making one as a housewarming gift for Hendo’s sister, aka Coco, and the Coco Lounge light box was born. Then we designed one for our own home, the lightning bolt, and things gathered pace from there. We began making them for friends and getting more and more interest in bespoke pieces until eventually Nivo & Hendo became a reality.
