About us
Our journey starts by re-innovating everyday products to be carbon efficient, by using traditional steam bending techniques from home decor to luxury gifts.
Best friends Nitin and Amrit are the principal designers and founders of Noir.Design based in London, a focused design studio designing modern-minimalist furniture and accessories.
At Noir.Design we believe in creating innovative designs and achieving the impossible therefore specialising in the art of steam bending which is the heart and at the forefront of what we do. Originating from ancient Egyptians, our steam bending journey has been a long and tedious process and has allowed us to master and hone our skills and bring our goals to life.
Sustainability is at the forefront of the design process. Materials are hand-selected and sourced from respected distributors here in the UK.
Noir.Design is a truly British brand - Not just any brand with a positive ethos. "We believe great designs that will be cherished till the age of time. It inspires us to improve, evolve, and bring new products to you; which we strive to achieve with every product design."

Delivery
With the ongoing situation around Covid19, we wanted to share an update with you. These are uncertain times, but we are sure about one thing: putting the health and safety of our team and our customers first is key.
We are doing everything we can to ensure the continued sanitisation of all our products and facilities. Our team is committed to staying healthy, and helping our customers stay healthy too.
We are committed to getting your orders dispatched out on time however due to current situation logistics may take longer.
We offer full replacement if your order is damaged during delivery. Items will need to be sent back unused and in original packaging.
We offer full exchanges however this is does not include delivery charges.
Engraved products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We work with numerous delivery partners i.e. Hermes, UPS, Royal Mail to aim get you the best delivery as possible. This may change depending upon your location however full details will be provided. All orders are tracked and tracking details are provided upon dispatch of your order.

Terms and Conditions
Engraved products cannot be exchanged or refunded. However it there is any manufacture defect we offer a replacement to be sent out immediately.
If you need to return your product please return within 14days of receiving with original contents, any items missing will be deducted from the refund issued. Customer is responsible for any shipping fees.
