About Northern Logic

Welcome to NorthernLogic. Personalised maps and more printed on wood.

All of Northern Logic’s products are designed and made by me - Jude Macpherson - I’m a Manchester based artist with a background in painting and printmaking.

My signature products are personalised maps printed on wood. Contemporary in style, with a rustic twist, each order is handmade using materials and wood from sustainable sources. The UK map data I use is sourced from, and licensed by Ordnance Survey. All other worldwide locations use maps licenced from Digital Wisdom Inc. or sourced from OpenStreetMap.org. Using the beautifully detailed map data I create genuinely unique, bespoke, artworks that commemorate a special place and time for my customers.

Alongside my map prints I offer one of a kind art pieces for the home. My range of thoughtful and unusual prints is constantly evolving as I have new ideas and add new products to my shop.

Delivery

Due to the restrictions caused by Covid 19 Northern Logic is currently offering just 1 UK delivery option (free for all orders): Standard Delivery - via Royal Mail 1st Class - which is advertised as a 1-2 day service. Please note - some customers are experiencing delays to their post as Royal Mail has been working with increased demand.

All of the items made by Northern Logic are hand made to order so there will be an interval of several days between accepting the order and dispatch of the order. Orders are dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays so the lead time will vary depending upon the day the order was originally placed.

Packaging: All of the protective packaging used by Northern Logic to ship orders is made from recycled paper based materials, and can be recycled in your household paper & card recycling bin.
