All of the wood used to make my products is sustainably sourced from suppliers based in the UK. Birch plywood is a pale blode timber with a very subtle grain. You can choose to leave the birch in its natural state, or you can select to have the birch plywood whitewashed before the handpainting of the silver or gold heart shape. The overprinted design of names and a date is digitally created and then transferred to the wood using a hand printing process. Whichever paint colour you choose each heart print is unique and carefully finished and protected with a layer of matt varnish.
It is supplied with a brass hanger for easy hanging from a picture pin or nail. I also offer this item framed in a simple unglazed white or black wood profile. This gives the artwork a contemporary style and adds to the aesthetic of the finished print. Simply select Framing via the options menu when placing your order.
