ooh pretty shiny ...

I am a stay at home mum, a military wife and a photographer who has just returned to 'Blighty' after 5 years living in (not so sunny) Germany. I like to photograph the pretty shiny things we see every day, or the random unique things we see around the world. I am inspired by my home, retro and vintage, the beautiful countryside around me, our travels and my son.

As a military wife my life has often come second, but my husband's deployment rekindled my love for photography, and now it has become a full time passion (well as full time as a toddler will allow!).

All photographs seen here for sale are taken by me, in England or on our travels. I love to get up early to capture the morning fog, and spend hours playing with fruit and my vintage camera collection. The move back to England has given me the chance to explore my homeland, camera in hand. I firmly believe photography is an extension of who we are, it's an opportunity to see the world as I see it, it comes from inside and showcases our emotions at the time of taking the photograph.
