When ordering a personalised item from Ottie Design, it is the customer's responsibility to check all spellings and grammar before submitting these details to us. We will of course do our best to spot any spelling mistakes or errors which we will raise with you, however we do suggest that you get a friend or family member to double check all details as a second eye is always better than one!

The majority of our items include a proof sent by message to confirm before we send your item to print. This is your opportunity to make any amendments before confirming. Once we receive your confirmation, your item will be sent to print. We will unfortunately not be able to make any further edits or changes once the print process has started. For smaller items that do not include a proof copy before printing commences, it is your responsibility to ensure you send us the correct details when ordering.

Ottie Design will ensure you receive your proof within 24 hours of ordering, often this will be sent much sooner than this. On confirmation of your proof, your item will be printed and sent either the same working day (if ordered and confirmed before 2pm) or the next working day.

Please note when viewing the artwork on your device, colours may vary slightly to the final printed copy based on the screen settings on your device.
