About us

Mediterranean inspired soft furnishings loving made to last.

We are a small, independent company that provides stylish and premium soft furnishings for relaxed and joyful Mediterranean living.

We have a boutique collection of super soft Turkish pestemals (towels), luxurious and sumptuous blankets and throws, stylish and elegant Ikat cushions and some wonderfully, soft and cosy items for babies and children.

Working with Turkish Artisans we create bespoke homeware collections that are beautiful, useful, and authentic for all the family.

All of the ranges have been carefully selected to complement each other in terms of aesthetics, quality, uniqueness and environmentally friendly manufacture.

Everything featured in our collection is a labour of love. From sourcing beautiful bespoke fabrics, to working with ethical, creative, artisan companies, to finding the most gorgeous items for your home.

How it started

We’re Ottoman Maison; a Turkish / British couple with a passion for textiles, fabrics, soft furnishings, and design.

In 2020, we decided to make our home in the beautiful country of Turkey, bordered by the Mediterranean and Aegean seas and the lush green landscape.

Spending most of our summers in Bodrum, we are inspired by the coastline, the easy way of life and Aegean living. We hope to bring a little piece of this into your home.

We are a family business, and everything is run from home in Turkey and in the UK. We partner with ethical and innovative artisans in Turkey and send all orders direct from the UK. We are very friendly, so feel free to get in touch and let us know what you’d like to see more of.
