Our products are delivered within 1 - 2 business days by Royal Mail 1st Class Sign For (Free Shipping).

Please note that Royal Mail may need you to receive your package in person at your address. If they do not find anyone at the address, they may leave the packages to your local delivery office or deliver your package to your neighbours or at a safe place around your property. They will leave a delivery attempt card guiding you which step has been taken.

We do not accept responsibility or a claim if the item status is set to delivered by Royal Mail but you are having difficulty locating your item. If this is the case, you must contact your local delivery office and identify where your package is.

For EU buyers

Our products are delivered within 2 - 3 business days for the EU countries with with International Signed Tracking. We work with companies such as DPD, Ups and FedEx to provide fast shipping.

After the shipment of the product is provided by us, it is now your responsibility to track the product with the tracking number we will share with you. Customs fees that may arise in line with the customs conditions determined by the countries are also the responsibility of the buyer.
