Our luxury, Fair Trade leather journals are covered in beautiful Indra leather and embossed with a Celtic Knot that symbolises eternity in love or friendship.
Handmade, eco-friendly and Fair Trade, this stunning journal also makes a difference to the communities who make them. The cotton paper is made by a charity that promotes women's development in rural areas of Rajasthan, India.
Our beautiful leather journals are ideal for the passionate writer in your life, make sure all of your best ideas are recorded in style. Ideal for writing, travelling, scrapbooking and sketching.
Celtic knots are complete loops that have no start or finish, that symbolise eternity whether in love, friendship, faith or loyalty, so this journal makes a really thoughtful and meaningful gift to your loved ones.
Each journal contains pages of handmade, unlined Khadda paper; recycled cotton that has been leftover from the massive garment industry in India. Only unbleached cotton is used, ensuring the paper is acid-free. Lightly textured and luxuriously thick, it feels beautiful to write, draw, or paint on.
While it’s perfect for ball-point pens, gel pens, or watercolours, we wouldn’t recommend it for use with fountain pens.
Protected with natural oils, it will soften and age beautifully. The embossed detail is created using small handmade tools, making each journal unique. The pattern around the edge of the cover might not be exactly the same as the one pictured, but it will be just as beautiful.
