It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the information you have provided is correct. Please check your proofs over thoroughly for any errors in information and spelling, including times, dates, addresses etc. We are more than happy to make as many edits as needed before they are printed, however after you have approved them, we cannot make further edits without incurring an additional printing charge. Pear Paper Co cannot be held responsible for any errors found after your stationery has been printed.

Please be aware of the estimated timescales involved in creating your stationery. The first proof will be sent to you within 3 working days of receiving your personalisation details. Further proofs will then be edited and returned to you within 1-2 working days of receiving your feedback. Printing and finishing then takes up to a further 10 working days from the point you approve your proofs. If you have a shorter deadline to meet, please get in touch prior to ordering so that we can confirm if your timescale is possible.

Colours may vary slightly from those shown onscreen. Whilst we endeavour to show our products as closely to how they look in person as possible, screen calibration between different devices and computer screens can affect how the colour is portrayed. There may be a very slight difference between items from different print-runs due to the nature of the printing process, however we aim for this to be as minimal as possible.
