Our goods are sent using Royal Mail which although reliable means specific delivery requests (where to leave parcels etc.) cannot always be met. Whilst we always try and give a realistic indication of when a delivery will arrive (and we are very close to being 100% right), sometimes events occur which are beyond our control.
If you have a specific deadline or timescale in mind, many of our non-personalised items have an express delivery option. Whatever you choose we will do our absolute best to ensure your order arrives in good time.
We offer a no-quibbles refund on items you are not 100% satisfied with.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your
specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a
hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken
are non-refundable, unless faulty.
